For EU/APAC clients, profile information i.e. identity documents such as passport, driving license details, travel preferences such as seat and meal preferences and admin roles such as report analyst, security manager etc. will not be available for updates in the HR feed from Dec onwards.
The above columns will simply be ignored and there would be no impact on the overall feed processing.
Error messages in output reports have been improvised for better understanding of the issues in the feed. The complete error list and their resolution can be downloaded from Egencia product info and BDM tool.
Contact information( mobile number, work phone etc.) format will be stringent going forward to make sure there is correct information available on traveler’s profile. It wouldn’t be mandatory for creating users. The format guidelines can be accessed from Egencia product info and BDM tool.
Deletion of regular travelers and guest travelers– users can not only be created and updated, they can be deleted as well through HR feed.
Option to send welcome emails automatically to new users– users created through the HR feed can be sent welcome emails automatically if required by the client. Reach out to your Account Manager to activate this feature for your travelers.
